¶ 2:23 PM
Well, last night, instead of writing my essay due in on Tuesday, doing my Anglo Saxon homework due in on Monday, doing anything remotely connected with my dissertation, or reading Crime and Punishment, I played myself into a PlayStation coma with 'Kingdom Hearts' and then went to the theatre with Jane, an american friend of my aunt who has been staying here for the last couple of days. We went to see 'Mrs Warren's Profession' by Shaw, who I love the best of practically all playwrights. He's so on the money. This production was well acted but the production was a bit clunky.

Pippa just emailed me to tell me that Alan Rickman is 57. So I looked for a fansite. I know it's a universal internet truth that there is a webring for everything but...

Not that I don't understand wanting to make a fansite about him. Me and Pippa had a discussion the other day about how he should play Mr Knightley (from Emma). It would be his perfect role. I guess it's an interesting way to get typecast: supervillian and jane austen hero all in one...
Well, at least I know that it's not just me and Pips that have this thing for him! He's my favourite not-at-all-a-heart-throb actor. ¶ 3:34 AM
Nothing will ever beat your first Final Fantasy game.

It's cool and everything, but I wish I wasn't stuck in Tarzan's fucking forest. They got rid of a lot of what makes Final Fantasy boring to play, but sqauresoft gives an edge to what would otherwise be a sickly sweet disney epic. ¶ 2:48 AM

I got sent a link to this really fucked up site with pictures of deformed babies, the result of depleted uranium from the Gulf war. Is it true? I don't know. ¶ 3:15 PM
