So, the last few days, huh? Not much to tell. I've been reading, planning what I want to do this year, panicing over the house. Tonight is Annette's birthday, so we are all going to the Summer Charity Ball. I'm going to take my camera and LOTS of pictures this time :) Next up: finding a job, planning my travels :) ¶ 11:50 AM

The Guardian has an article about director Takashi Miike today. He has a new film out, but the stupid BBFC has cut 3 minutes of it! Still looking forward to seeing it though :) Audition was one of the best films I have ever seen. And as for Dead or Alive, well, that is something else :) Everyone goes on about the first twenty minutes of it (which is wild), but my favourite bit is the epic/comic battle at the end :) Especially the weird glowing ball. Spectacular :)

Annette leant me some of the photos she took recently, and I was going to scan them. But our scanner seems to have died since the last time we used it. So I had to resort to taking digital photos of Annette's pictures. So they suck. Especially the reflection/sepia effects :)
