I love you all you people who wished me happy birthday you :)
Friday Five not too intolerable this week so here goes:
1. Is the name you have now the same name that's on your birth certificate? If not, what's changed?
Well, it is indeed. Except no-one actually calls me Jessica.
2. If you could change your name (first, middle and/or last), what would it be?
I don't know, I'm quite partial to my name actually :) If I was going to change my name I would do something dumb like change my name actually from Jessica to Jess. But that seems like unnecessary effort to be honest :)
3. Why were you named what you were? (Is there a story behind it? Who specifically was responsible for naming you?)
My parents doofus! Jeez. OK.
Jessica - after my great grand mother on my mothers side. Stiff and old fashioned lady who took her young family from Lithuania to the East End. I think. If my family stories are in order :) I think she might also have been a dressmaker. But that might have been one of the other great grandparents ;)
Harriet - after my dad's father Harry who died before I was born.
McCabe - um. sirname. :)
4. Are there any names you really hate or love? What are they and why?
I really like silly hippy names actually :) You know the kind I mean... ;)
Also, MAX.
I tend to get really fond of my friends' names, they get all associated with them :)

Me and Mike take pictures of ourselves:
Today, we went to RICHMOND PARK! We were hoping to see some deer, but we hardly saw any because of the stupid fucking Nike sponsored running thing... GRRR. It was pretty overcast, but here is the PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE anyway :)
We found this crazy fenced off hermitage(?)?
We went to see the King's Barrow... it had been pretty much restructured over the last few hundred years, so it's not looking much like a barrow anymore, but still! You can kind of imagine with your eyes half closed and a romantic turn of mind that once there was an ancient king buried there with a mound of gold... Sort of...
Especially because of the Old Man of the Mound...
Then we went through this wood...

We finally saw one or two deer... you can't really tell in this picture, admittadly, but they are there! :)
Then we got pretty close to some more (pictures suck, I'm afraid)
